Система перевода денежных средств, в которой дебетовые инкассовые поручения, переданные плательщиком либо на основании его полномочия, направляются от (банка) получателя (банку) плательщику(а) и в результате списываются (дебетуются) со счета плательщика; например, системы с использованием чеков являются типичным примером систем дебетового перевода. Также называется дебетовой системой на основе инкассо.
